We are so confident that these will be your trusted scissors that we will not allow them to be in poor condition or to make you feel uncomfortable in your work.
That's why we have created a unique scissor repair and sharpening service, because we know how important they are to you and we want you to always be able to feel them as good as new.
How does this service work?
If your Shinko scissors are within the one-year warranty, you will only have to pay the shipping costs to our facilities; sharpening is on us.
To do this, just contact us so we can verify the warranty and get to work on your sharpening.
If it is not within the warranty or you want to sharpen other scissors:
- You will need to place an order for the service. If you are going to sharpen more than one pair of scissors, you will need to indicate those units in the order.
- You pack your tools as best as possible and send them to our facilities.
- We sharpen and restore your tools and notify you to send a pickup.
- You will receive your scissors repaired and sharpened, which of course, come with a guarantee for the work performed.
*They leave our repair center tested and inspected, so that everything is to your liking.
