Shipment

You will receive the scissors in their case. Protected. Maybe with some more surprises, who knows, you will find out :)

Within a period of 3 to 5 calendar days.

Return and Refund

Can I return the scissors?

It will break our hearts if you do this, but yes, you can do it :(

You have 15 calendar days to return the scissors and request a refund.

How do we do it?

It's simple, you just have to send an email to info@shinkotijeras.com requesting the refund.

We will check that you are within the warranty and, if so, we will ask you to send* the scissors to our facilities and send us photographs by mail of how you have packaged the scissors. This way we can make sure that everything arrives safely.

*You have to take care of the shipping and postage yourself.

Once we receive them and check that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed to issue the refund.

Double guarantee

At Shinko we have a double guarantee.

  • 1-year anti-drop guarantee: If your scissors are damaged by a fall, become blunt or lose their sharpness, we will repair them for you. You only have to take care of the shipping.
  • Lifetime Breakage Guarantee: If your Shinko scissors break or split, we will replace them. It's that simple.

Sharpening service

How does this service work?

If your Shinko scissors are within the one-year warranty, you will only have to pay the shipping costs to our facilities; sharpening is on us.

If it is not within the warranty

  1. You will need to place an order for the service. If you are going to sharpen more than one pair of scissors, you will need to indicate those units in the order.
  2. You pack your tools as best as possible and send them to our facilities.
  3. We sharpen and restore your tools and notify you to send a pick-up or we send it postage due.
  4. You will receive your scissors repaired and sharpened, which of course, come with a guarantee for the work performed.

*They leave our repair center tested and inspected, so that everything is to your liking.
